The majority of Office Remix clientele require customization to accommodate their office design. Needless to say, this requires an investment on our part for labor and materials. Once the design parameters are determined and a contract is signed with agreed deposits paid, Office Remix commences work on the project.
Once this work is completed, the client is responsible for accepting delivery and remitting payment for the products. If there is an issue with any of the furniture, Office Remix will immediately seek to rectify the situation.
Keeping each customer happy is always our primary goal.
However, customers may not return, refuse delivery acceptance, or withhold payment for any products which were delivered as ordered.
