Office Remix looks forward to delivering our clients’ furniture as cost efficiently as possible and, most importantly, when it is expected. Therefore, we offer several delivery choices and, in combination with our Notification System, allow our customers to properly set their expectations.
GENERAL DELIVERY INFO
- Local Tri-County Area (Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties)
Inside Delivery and Basic Setup included
- Outside Tri-County Area
- Moving Companies – Door-to-Door (no setup)
- Freight Forwarders – Door-to-Door (no inside delivery or setup)
Each shipment must be evaluated prior to determining the best delivery method. Location information must be obtained concerning street access and traffic. For Local Area deliveries, additional factors such as building ingress, hallway and doorway dimensions, and elevators must also be taken into consideration. Residential customers need to be aware that deliveries to their homes often require convenience options (e.g. lift gate), which usually increases the cost.
Office Remix reviews each delivery scenario to make certain the customers’ furniture arrives safely in the same condition as when it departed our facility.
